From Depleted Land to Living Forest

When we arrived in2010, the soil was exhausted and biodiversity had diminished.Today, more than 130 bird species inhabit the property.Thousandsof native trees have been planted.10–15%of the land is dedicated to conservation.Biological corridors connect forest zones.Organic compost made from coffee pulp restores nutrients naturally.Regeneration here is measurable. And visible.

Coffee Grown Inside an Ecosystem

At this altitude, microclimate shapes complexity.

We cultivate Castillo, Tabi, Gesha, SudanRume, WushWush, BorbónPointu, BorbónRosado, and Catuai.

Every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness. Every lot is fully traceable.

We focus on three processing methods: Washed,Honey, and Natural. Each chosen to reveal the character of the mountain.

A Working Farm. A Living Habitat.

Camera traps quietly reveal the wildlife that has returned.

Shade trees cool the soil and protect the mountain’s rhythms.

Roots hold the slopes. Moisture stays where it belongs.

Coffee grows here within biodiversity, not at its expense.
