How the experience goes

Day 1, morning

We pick you up in Manizales
Welcome coffee at Tío Oso's house and Chapter 1 begins: the story of the farm and the coffee ecosystem.
Day 1, midday

Walk and lunch
Three hours crossing the coffee fields, and lunch with what the farm gives us.
Day 1, afternoon

The mill and the tasting
Fermentation and drying, and then my coffees side by side.
Day 1, evening

Dinner around the table
Dinner with the family and a night in one of my houses, more than a hundred years old. Outside, the fireflies.
Day 2

Waking up on the farm
Breakfast to the birdsong and back to Manizales.
