How the three days go

Each day takes you one step further into coffee.

Day 1

Connection
Welcome coffee, the story of the farm, a walk through the coffee fields, lunch, a tasting and dinner around the table.
Day 2

With your hands and Transformation
In the morning, picking, depulping and drying. In the afternoon, hulling, sorting and grading. It closes with dinner by moonlight.
Day 3

Value
After breakfast, how the market moves and how the value of a coffee is built. Farewell lunch and back to Manizales.
