The legend of Tío Conejo
Tío Conejo (Uncle Rabbit) is an old character from Colombian oral tradition: small, clever, always one step ahead. We named the farm after him because that is how we understand coffee: with wit rather than force.
What you will do
Walk the coffee field. You move between the trees, learn to tell the varieties apart and pick your own cherries if it is the season.
See the whole process. Depulping, fermentation, drying on raised beds and roasting. You will understand why two coffees from the same farm taste different.
Cup with us. You sit at the table and taste the way we do, finding the notes in each cup.
Santa Chila
One of the farm houses, with its red balcony facing the mountain. This is where we eat, talk and watch the sun come up over the valley. It is the best place to spend your time while you get to know Colombia.
