Sudan Rume is one of the oldest known coffee varieties in the world — ancient, wild, and deeply expressive.

When we brought it to our farm in Manizales and processed it naturally, something remarkable happened: it won best roasted coffee in the city. Not because we forced it. Because we listened to what it already was.

This is a coffee with a story older than any of us. We're just honored to be part of it.
