Wush Wush Natural

A variety native to Ethiopia, from a southwestern region known as Wushwush. It spread largely because of its natural resistance to several pests and diseases.

Tall plant, long branches, very long internodes.

We pick only ripe and overripe cherries, separate them by density in a siphon and sort by hand to remove defects. Natural process, dried slowly on patios, in the drying room and on airing racks.
